Manuelita is an Encinitas artist, specializing in bronze figurative and portrait sculptures commemorating great people and celebrating the significance of ordinary people. Her sculptures are intended to elicit an emotional response—she wants you to relate to the humanity of her subjects and to recognize that you are part of the same human family. Manuelita has completed a number of public projects in San Diego County.
Her smaller limited edition bronzes are suitable for table, pedestal, or niche display in the home, office, or the garden. She considers many of them models for larger commissioned sculptures.
